Mary Kennan Herbert's Poems the Subject of an Academic Conference Presentation

On April 15, 2016, Dennis Linder, a dermatologist and Professor of Medical Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Medical University of Graz (in Austria) presented a paper about the "Skin Man" series of poems by Professor Mary Kennan Herbert (English) at the 7th International Poetry and Medicine Symposium (London), hosted by the Hippocrates Initiative for Poetry and Medicine.

As finals week approaches, the Writing Center and the Center for Learning and Academic Success are co-hosting The Spring Write-In: A Long Night Against Procrastination.

Come and work on remaining papers or assignments. Bring your own computer or use one of ours. Tutors and a Reference Librarian will be available to assist you.

We’ll provide coffee, snacks, and camaraderie to fuel your productivity.
