Catherine Chung is a Granta magazine new voice. Her novel, Forgotten Country, which weaves Korean folklore within a modern narrative of immigration and identity, was an Honorable Mention for the 2013 Pen/Hemingway Award.

Yvonne Cassidy, a native of Ireland, is the author of the novels The Other Boy and What Might Have Been Me, the latter about having to choose between New York and Ireland.
